How we work with builders

HEED SAI holds the contract
We remain the single point of accountability. Every subcontractor signs our confidentiality agreement before receiving your information, with data-handling, security, and IP terms flowed down. Anyone working on your systems is named to you in advance.
Independence is structural
We take no build fee on work we also audit. Where we hold the assurance role, implementation is priced and contracted separately, and any commercial relationship with a partner is disclosed to you in writing before that partner is engaged.
Forward-deployed engineers
When the work calls for continuous building, engineers sit with your team and ship automations and AI releases as the work evolves, under requirements and acceptance criteria we write and test against.
Your infrastructure, your data
We implement inside your environment wherever possible. Production data is used only when the work cannot be done with samples or synthetic data, on a least-privilege basis.
Transparency is how we run every engagement
From discovery through delivery you will know exactly what we are building, why, and what it costs. We scope clearly, price fairly, and introduce no hidden fees. Where a regulated or controlled environment is involved, handling requirements are agreed in writing before any access is granted.
